TO OUR PRIVATE CLIENTS: Decadent duck conjures up images of roasted duck with it's rich flavour, enjoyed with family and friends or eaten at a superior restaurant, served tender with a mouth-watering sauce.   There are just so many ways to enjoy duck, from succulent smoked duck breast to a plump roasted duck, duck retief or duck liver pate.  The possibilities to prepare this delicacy are endless.  The French have certainly explored many possibilities and perfected these, leaving the rest of the world sallivating.   We have always loved preparing different dishes, but had difficulty finding good quality, free range duck in South Africa.  This led us to produce duck products and make them more readily available to the public, restaurants and other delis'.   We are always available to discuss and supply duck products and recipes.  In fact, it is our passion!  Serving it in any traditional or new inventive ways are what we aspire to.  So please call, e-mail or pop onto our website for some serious duck products and discussions.    Diane De Beer, from the Pretoria News, wrote an article about us on the 27th January 2012.  We will put the article up on the website ASAP. Food and Home Magazine wrote about us in the August 2010 edition, British Airways, Horizons magazine, had a feature on us in the April 2011 edition, read all three of these in our PRESS RELEASE / REVIEWS PAGE.  Comments about our products are also displayed on this page. We are able to get small quanmtities of Quail and fresh Quail eggs to sell to the public, they are fantastic and are well worth a try. We attended the Afrikaans lifestyle show at Silverstar Casino at the end on MArch, which was a fantastic show and gave us a few new business clients.  You will be able to find a few photo's on the articles page. The Slow Food Movement  gave us the opportunity to host a duck evening for them on the 17th April 20123 at the Miele Show Rooms in Bryanston.  It turned out to be a fantastic event and hope to do it again soon To my surprise Reuben Riffel listed us as one of the reliable Duck suppliers in his new Cook Book, Reuben Cooks Local. With that good news I rushed out and bought it.  May it be very successful.
